Don't buy, don't slip

I am a chef, on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day. They said they don't slip, they don't. I slipped often. They are considered the best work shoes. Dissatisfied with the fact that they are not who they say they are. Very expensive

Pros
  • Waterproof design
Cons
  • Causes of foot odor

Disappointed in your opinion

I'm a fan of this brand but lately I'm starting to wonder. 3 couples in 3 years. 1st pair, seams came undone, got an exchange, a year later my legs were killing me. I bought Wynn black, after 3 weeks the bottom sole fell apart. Again dissatisfied and disappointed. Such a shame.

Pros
  • Can be worn with different outfits
Cons
  • Not suitable for outdoor activities

More comfortable than clogs

This is the BEST Dansko I've ever had! They are much more comfortable than standard clogs while providing support and protection from liquids and obstacles. They are great for walking around the hospital for 12+ hours and standing during long surgeries. Now I have two pairs.

Pros
  • The best shoes to be on your feet all day long. I've been wearing them for 15 years!
Cons
  • No bow support

Not slip resistant.

The shoes are made of high quality materials. They're a bit heavy and take a while to break in, but that's to be expected with quality leather shoes. The steps are not non-slip. In my 20 years of working in the kitchen, I have worn many different types of non-slip shoes. These shoes will slip at the slightest amount of water or grease on the floor. For this reason I will come back to them.

Pros
  • Available in different sizes for the perfect fit
Cons
  • Unreliable durability

Helpful feedback from me

The best pair of work shoes! DON'T BUY A SIZE UP! Danksos are very, very tight to begin with and take time to break down. But for those who work on their feet, these are the best shoes! Support! It's easy on your legs and back! I was skeptical about buying them at first but they live up to their reputation!

Pros
  • Ideal for standing or walking for hours
Cons
  • Causes pain in the joints

Dansko delivers: my rating

Dansko always delivers quality. Size, at least clogs, can be sensitive with slight variations. It's nice to try them in person, but well worth the effort.

Pros
  • Best shoes ever I've been using in the kitchen for about six years, best ever
Cons
  • not breathable

Will buy it again (if it ever wears out) - 6 years use

These shoes are amazing! I bought my last pair in 2014 and they are still good. About a month ago the rubber detached from the skin of the sock (after 6 years). I re-glued the rubbers and they are ready for a few more years. Absolutely waterproof and non-slip. I'm sold for life

Pros
  • I like the product. I work as a chef.
Cons
  • Made in China. I was shocked. As a result, I paid a lot of money for European handwork. I sent them back.

Done cheaply: my review

Three months of light wear and the sole is falling off the shoe! Not what I expected from Dansko shoes... Changed the rating from 3 to 1 star. First review below: They seem big and chunky. NOT Dansco clogs are completely different shoes without laces. They were uncomfortable until I added orthotics made by a podiatrist. Otherwise the arch support sucks and seems made for people with low arches. Orthotics add some height and put pressure on the arches of my feet, which I start to feel after a…

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • Not suitable for everyday use

Good for back pain

I've been struggling with back pain for months from standing 10 hour shifts all day. I started wearing them for 2 weeks and already noticed a big difference. I usually wear a size 12 so I took 11.5-12. It was a bit crowded at the beginning but after a few days it became perfect. A little heavy but they look good.

Pros
  • Ideal for those with foot pain or discomfort
Cons
  • bad line

The sole ripped after 35 days of wear, very disappointing.

Poor quality and workmanship. Shoes can no longer be worn because the sole has come off. In addition, a return for an exchange or credit is not possible because 30 days have passed.

Pros
  • Dirt-resistant material
Cons
  • Causes tired feet and legs

I love these shoes!

Here is an experienced bartender. These shoes are great straight out of the box. No thigh or lower back pain from long hours on your feet. I tell everyone about it.

Pros
  • Offers excellent traction
Cons
  • Causes of Calluses

Always wear it.

I used this pair for a long time and then bought another one as a spare and used it after work as the one I have now is dirty from work. Lasted a long time and relieved my back and knee pain from wearing military boots on duty.

Pros
  • Cooking in the school canteen!
Cons
  • returned

Not worth the price

After a year of use, the protector disappeared with a beautiful hole. Not worth the money, mostly used in kitchen, occasionally walk to local market a few blocks away. Doesn't slip any better than running shoes. But I'll definitely look for something better, I shouldn't be looking for new shoes after a year.

Pros
  • Flexibility for universal use
Cons
  • causes of injury

Large selection suits me

I'm on my feet 12 to 15 hours a day in a busy kitchen environment. These shoes are comfortable and last 6 months or more. This is my third pair and I plan to buy another one when they run out.

Pros
  • Can be worn with or without socks
Cons
  • causes
