Not worth the price. Disappointed

For the money I paid for these gloves I could honestly find a way to make them myself. For what it's worth, grab a pair of thumbless gloves and two Velcro straps and attach them to your controllers. Even mounts printed on a 3D printer will not match. Not worth the price. However, this makes the game more fun.

Just a couple of straps in the PC

Turns out it was just boxing gloves with two straps holding the controllers out. I was hoping the straps would be more integrated with the gloves. It worked in the end, but it took a bit of effort and the controls felt a few times. It seemed like you could buy straps and attach them to any glove. But the quality of the gloves was pretty good and the cost low enough that I didn't really bother. Good idea, just bad implementation

Must have for Thrill of The Fight!

Have had them for about 2 weeks and love these things! I was about to try something similar with my boxing gloves, but the thumb hole makes a huge difference, not only when pressing the button, but also when adjusting the position of the controller. Also, a cool bonus: I weighed the glove with the controller attached and it came in at nearly 16 ounces. which is amazing. They're definitely not as heavy as regular gloves, but they're designed to penetrate the air, so no complaints really.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Works only for the thrill of battle

I have three fighting games totf, fitxr and creed and to play the other two games I have to take my hand out of the glove to choose a game once I spent 30+ minutes trying to run fitxr, not sure if the controllers were tightened in the 3D printed grip and covering the sensor, but I had to take the controller out and undo the velcro to select anything, but I had no way of doing it myself was able to put the controller back on the glove before the session started, so that day I just played totf…

That's why it won't be as cool as you imagine

What's better than wearing a real pair of boxing gloves when playing boxing games in virtual reality? A lot of! conscientious consumer with Quest 2:1) Controllers fall out of 3D printed holsters so you end up having to "squeeze" the controllers instead of just knocking them out. 2) Inserting and removing 3D printed holsters requires threading straps through a small hole. No fun. 3) Getting in and out of games becomes exponentially more of a chore because the gloves don't make it easy to press…

  • It's great

Fits FitXR, Creed and TOTF but the triggers are hard to pull

These are lightweight boxing gloves with light padding, a 3D printed holster for controllers and a thumb cutout for button interaction. RELEASE: Any game that requires triggers to run (FitXR) is a bit tricky as there is no way to easily pull the triggers from inside the glove. MY FIX: I use my left thumb to pull the right trigger OR I start with my gloves off and press the Oculus button (accessible via the thumb cutout) once the game starts to load to pause it immediately, put on my gloves &…
