Great for styrofoam

Great for architectural styrofoam models! Much better than a glue gun - you take your time to prevent the glue from drying out.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Clarity

Adhesive seal was punctured

The product came with a broken seal on the adhesive, resulting in the adhesive leaking into the nozzle and curing. It was unusable until I spent an hour gradually getting the hardened glue out of the nozzle.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some bugs

Sobo flexes when dry

The keyword for this Sobo product is FLEXIBLE. If the materials you are gluing need to be bent, such as such as fabric or paper, this water-soluble white adhesive is a better choice than Elmers. Aside from dry flexibility, both products are very similar.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Appearance

This arrived in a huge bottle, the glue works great once it dries but it's a slow consistency so it's really hard to squeeze out of the bottle (which is quite big). If you have arthritis in your hands, this will not work for you. It is an environmentally friendly adhesive with no outgassing. I used this to create my architectural models. dries clear.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Ideal for napkins Ar

I was happy to receive it in such a large bottle because I can't find it locally. I think I have an older bottle because it's thicker than I remembered, drying out and clogging the tip. I'll break it up into smaller containers. It's perfect for my napkin art projects.

Pros
  • Recommended for porous and semi-porous materials such as paper, wood, ceramics, leather, chenille, beads, sequins and feathers
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

Favorite glue

My favorite craft glue! I've been using it for years (as you can see from my old favorite bottle). The 16 ounce size is quite large - maybe too big to hold comfortably for long periods of time - but the value is great. In addition, good consistency and transparency when dry. The bottle I received seems to have a melted cap so I will exchange it for another one.

Pros
  • Non-toxic glue
Cons
  • A little variety

Crystal Clear dries but may clot in bottles

Can I give three and a half stars? I've been using Sobo glue for many years and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find one at a reasonable price. My local big box stores no longer carry it in-store and the prices on their websites and/or shipping costs are quite high. I was happy to find it at Revain and have ordered it several times. Overall the glue is of the same quality as I've come to expect from Sobo; It is a strong paper adhesive and dries crystal clear. BUT - every time I've…

Pros
  • All Purpose Glue
Cons
  • I will add later
