First off I have to say that these are slightly lower quality than my Misen set but I can say that the price is pretty on point for what you get here. You get a really nice blade, strong, sharp, smooth cuts. The block is a little hefty but its because of the included sharpening feature. These knives are so heavy and sharp! My husband cut his finger on the first use as he had mistaken the knife’s sharpness compared to our old knives that badly needed sharpening. Good thing like all other Ninja products they have suction on the bottom of the wooden block to hold the heavy knives without tipping over.
