I like that it has all of my clients in one place! It also saves me time by not having to go back into each client's profile when they need something done again (which happens often). It allows me to quickly look up clients, track payments/billing etc., easily share with other staff members who are not always able use computers or have internet access as well (i work at an animal shelter so this helps tremendously). They are quick to respond with questions that can be easily answered by looking at their site/help documentation online - which makes it easy as well (sometimes you have people ask "what should i do" when they're not sure what's going wrong).
