Solid contruction; easy to install

Setup was super simple. The clamps are padded to avoid damage to the desk. The tray easily fits a full size keyboard including a number pad with ample room for a mouse. Ideally, the clamps would also have a vertical adjustment although this was not an issue with my desk. The tray is sufficiently sturdy for comfortable typing. The movement along the tracks is smooth and effortless. Overall, an excellent value.

Pros
  • Its durable construction ensures you won't need to replace it anytime soon
Cons
  • May not fit all desk chair styles

Poor build quality. Not recommended.

The mechanism used to attach the brackets to the tray is not very sturdy. It flexes under just a bit of weight. I ended up buying the airLift tray. It is much bigger and wouldn't fit for everyone.I don't know if I got a bad model, it doesn't look like the picture. I got a very cheap feeling plastic tray. There is no way this thing holds my keyboard and the weight of my palms.I don't recommend this product.

Pros
  • This tray is perfect for gamers, writers, programmers, and anyone who spends long hours at their computer
Cons
  • May be difficult to find replacement hardware if needed

Maximum desk thickness must be less than 1 3/4 inches

Easy to assemble and install. Works well with an optical mouse. Came with extra parts, two L-shape brackets and screws. Has enough room for a cup and mouse in addition to the keyboard.Unfortunately it did not fit my desk which is 1 3/4 inches thick. Removing the protective plastic end cap nuts allowed for installation. The downside is the bolts chewed up the paint. It is advertised to fit a desk 2 inches thick which it will without using the protective end cap nuts. If you need to use the…

Pros
  • The tray is an affordable way to upgrade your workspace
Cons
  • May not be able to hold multiple items that require different angles

Matches title and description

This item arrived quickly and was indeed easy to assemble and install. It is plenty large enough for a keyboard and mouse. The clearance space is more than ample for a standard keyboard. I have a taller ergonomic keyboard that juuusstt fits, but it does fit. Being able to keep my arms in a more neutral position has helped my shoulder pain a lot.

Pros
  • ‎7.04 pounds
Cons
  • May not be comfortable for extended periods of use

Just what I needed.

Easy to install. Works great. My desk is metal, so thin with a tall edge. Had to fiddle with the clamps to get it to fit the edge, but easy. And clamps close tight to the metal. Enough clearance for the keyboard. Just wide enough for my 2 part ergonomic keyboard and mouse. Love that the rails are flat, so I won’t hit my legs on a sharp edge.

Pros
  • The tray's sliding feature allows you to adjust your workspace to your comfort level
Cons
  • May be too bulky for some desk setups

Works well for thick desks

I was struggling to find a keyboard tray for my 2-inch thick Ikea desk, but this works great. Just be aware that you'll have to remove the bolt & screw from the clamp for anything thicker than 1.75 inches and then shim something into the gap to make sure it fits tightly. I just used a piece of cardboard from the box as a shim and it worked perfectly. Very fast and easy to install without any tools. And the tray itself is very spacious and comfy.

Pros
  • The tray is easy to use and doesn't require any special knowledge or training
Cons
  • May not be tall enough for proper keyboard placement

Great clamps, hold up well

This is just what I needed for my home office setup. The keyboard tray and clamps are very solid, and once attached they can stand up to leaning on them. The sliding mechanism works perfectly. Make sure you measure before buying, because the dimensions are precise. I'm very pleased with this product and will definitely get more in the future if I need them!

Pros
  • The installation of the tray does not require any expensive, specialized equipment
Cons
  • May be too difficult to use for those with limited manual dexterity

Easy install and use

I needed something for a temporary work space where I couldn't screw in a keyboard drawer but where the desk was too tall for me to type on comfortably. It took me about 5 minutes to unbox and install and after several days of use, I'm very happy with the product.

Pros
  • Quality is better than what I expected. No tools required to install
Cons
  • May not be suited for left-handed users

Easy to assemble, good price, and works as hoped

When i started working from home at the start of Covid, i left behind my ergo office set-up. I have slowly worked to add pieces, stand-up station, large monitor , desk, and now the keyboard tray. It let's my hands, wrist and arms maintain a comfortable position.

Pros
  • Desk Accessories & Workspace Organizers
Cons
  • May be difficult to find replacement parts if needed

Incredibly easy to install

I was worried when I opened the packaging and saw a couple of brackets with screws. But not sure what they were for -- I was able to do this with no screws whatsoever and it took only a couple of minutes. It seems very sturdy and will be at a better height for my chair and leave my desktop free. So handy!

Pros
  • The tray's retractable design helps keep your work area clean and uncluttered
Cons
  • May be too difficult to adjust for some customers

Easy set-up in my review

This is a simple way to lower and hide your keyboard under your desk. I'm using this for a DIY desk set up. The clamps are very easy to attach and the tray is easy to assemble. The size is perfect for a keyboard and mouse.

Pros
  • Its sturdy construction ensures that it won't wobble or tip
Cons
  • May not fit properly with certain desk designs

easy to install but seems a little flimsy

Easy to attach to desk. the tray seems a little wobbly when typing. there were extra brackets and screws but no instructions on what to do with those. still serves its purpose and the sliders seems well made.

Pros
  • Office & School Supplies
Cons
  • May not fit larger keyboards and mice

Super easy to set up

It took me less than 5 minutes to get this unpacked and set up. It feels sturdy and looks great! Fits perfectly under my small-ish desk.

Pros
  • Its 26" x 10" size provides ample space for a full-sized keyboard and mouse
Cons
  • May require additional tools for installation

Decent for the price

Pretty easy to install. I did insert an extra pad between the clamp and my desk to protect my desk. This thing is black, which means any debris is going to show up pretty clearly on it. It's also a grease trap, any oil from your hands will show up on it too. Make sure to clean frequently.Otherwise, works great. It's large enough to fit my keyboard and a (vertical) mouse pad.

Pros
  • The tray is designed to work with any type of desk
Cons
  • May cause discomfort for shorter users

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for desk room

Installation of this product is pretty easy; no tools are required. However, the plastic packaging is underneath some of the screws on the actual tray itself, so I did use a screwdriver in that case. It does come with some extra parts, presumably replacement, that I'm not entirely sure what to do with as I didn't seem to need them in the installation. It seems decently sturdy for a keyboard tray. I don't play any intensive games, so I can't speak to usage for that, though I would imagine lots…

Pros
  • The tray is constructed with high-quality materials that resist wear and tear
Cons
  • May not be able to handle daily wear and tear

keyboard tray in my review

I purchased this item for my wife due to her working from home and the pc desk keyboard shelf is causing her pain in her shoulders due to the positioning being a little high for her to type on the keyboard., this shelf has lowered the keyboard to a level that is easier for her to type without her arms being to high, The one problem I had with the item is the instructions were very basic and really didn't explain things very well, but in the end it is a really good purchase for what it is used…

Pros
  • The tray is easy to move around and doesn't require a lot of space
Cons
  • May be too shallow for proper typing posture
