I haven't had this long but it seems to be "heavy-duty", high quality and hopefully will last for years. This unit got much better reviews than some competitive models and I am pleased. It's not too large or too heavy to be cumbersome on my belt.

Things changed at work. What I was doing was not not working anymore. This badge reel is convenient, secure and durable. I am very happy with the purchase.

Everything on this is sturdy so far except the plastic sleeve for the bag and the plastic connector.I recommend putting a hard plastic badge sleeve on the key ring. After that it's good to go. Especially for the price.

I like the device a lot. I have my picture ID and 3 access cards hanging off of it and it retracts with ease. I have almost all my team buying them after letting them use the second one for a day.

Nice weighty feel however after about 9 months the coating protecting the retractable wire next to the badge is largely broken away. The metal wire beneath has started to fray and stabbed me few times. Overall not bad for the price and I'm ordering another set to replace my 1st ones.

These badge holders are very durable. The only thing I wish is that they were a little lighter. Other than that, I would recommend them.

The quality is perfect and it's durable enough for daily use as I need it nonstop at work. I don't have to worry about kinks in the wire or my badge falling off. I haven't had an issue with slack in the wire either which is great. It retracts as intended and flows perfectly when using.

I took this on a two week trip and attached my hotel key and hand sanitizer. I used the sanitizer multiple times a day and I have not had any issues with the device. I am very satisfied with my purchase, in fact, I am going to order another set.
