Great Software to help manage complex agreements

I love that we can have multiple reports so it takes us less time pulling information for clients instead having them pull info themselves which was our problem with old system! Also being able update documents directly in finality rather then sending emails back n forth between my team members has been great as well because there isn't much emailing going around if anything at all anymore thanks clientiq!! Nothing really dislike about this product yet but would like some additional…

ClientIQ is great to keep track of communications and outreach efforts

I like that it has an option for emailing clients directly so you can do follow ups without having emails bounce back or go into your spam folder (we had problems with our previous tool). It's also easy enough if there were technical issues - we could quickly get assistance via tickets sent through their support page which was super helpful! Sometimes multiple steps would be needed in order process tasks but this seemed random at times as well instead just taking us down additional rabbit holes

Cons
  • I do wish I could export my data but it's very difficult for anyone with no skills in web development

Great program For tracking client success

The ability to have detailed reporting that is easy to view. Also the ability to pull in other reports as well. I wish there was an option to have multiple accounts on one report. It would be nice if you could just create a new account and then link it to the existing account. As mentioned above this is a great tool for keeping track of all your current clients. Great program to help collect outstanding balances from consumers

The best thing about this software has been its ability for us as an organization that handles our accounts receivable management system (Finlistic) with their clients' invoices being collected through it! It's also helped me improve my customer service skills by using some great tips I've learned in training sessions we have had at work regarding collecting money owed via invoice collection services like ours - which helps keep customers happy when they receive payments within 30 days or less…

  • Easy navigation makes use easy, no confusion whatsoever between different parts suchas account summary ,account analysis section &amp ; reports sections ! All are clear cut
