The Firestik antenna I bought obviously had a tip, but if you buy a black antenna you get a red tip. Booo I want the tip to match the color of the antenna so I had to buy the tip separately.

CB antenna tip although it's bigger I needed a smaller one still works just need to zip on to hold it which I do planned anyway, because the branches like to tear it off on the trail.

Lower branches removed from old. These new ones work perfectly. Tip: do not use silicone paste so they slide more easily. I tuned the antenna and the paste seemed like a good idea until the trees rubbed it.

Great for Firestik II. Identical in size to the red that came on it. It appears to be the same material. Came in two packages. They last forever so you may never need a second one. I have two cars with CB and Firestik II. If not you should explain to your wife that you need a second 4X4 with CB to use the other one. We mustn't let it go to waste!
