quality, appearance and durability

! As soon as I took the shoes out of the box, I was sold! I actually ordered several pairs and they were from different brands. This particular pair is of such good quality, design and durability! I'm so impressed I decided to order another pair in a different color. I wear a 14 US/49 EU and was comfortable, but I feel like I should have ordered a size 50 EU. !4.5 US would be almost ideal. I have to keep in mind that these shoes are not made for walking (long distances). I didn't decide to…

Pros
  • Recomiendo usar una talla más que en calzado normal
Cons
  • They were very uncomfortable around the ankle. This caused them to dig into the sides. There isn't enough padding.

Ideal! : My review

The shoes are incredibly comfortable. Unlike other cycling shoes I've worn, I forget I'm wearing them because they fit my feet perfectly.

Pros
  • Perfect
Cons
  • Lack of sole flexibility

Very very very comfortable

Fits like a glove and is so comfortable. I have a pair of Sidi Dragoons and they kill my legs. I was so glad to ride in a comfortable pair of shoes. The first day I put them on I rode for four hours and my feet felt great.

Pros
  • The shoe provides excellent arch support, preventing foot fatigue and soreness during long rides.
Cons
  • Cannot be worn with thicker socks.

Good shoes. good for me

I like SPD pedals and shoes even though I ride a road bike. These are fairly comfortable shoes, and while they're not as efficient as actual running shoes and road bike pedals, they're certainly a pleasant and comfortable way to get around.

Pros
  • These shoes have been great so far, perfect fit and comfortable.
Cons
  • The strap really limited mobility and caused discomfort

Good shoes, insole is missing

I have no comparison to these shoes but I really wish they had better insoles. This is an easy/cheap fix, replace them with new ones. The sole is definitely stiff, as it should be. The build quality looks good and they are easy to clean. I use them with a caged Shimano SPD XT and have had no issues with engagement or disengagement. There would be a five star rating if they had better insoles.

Pros
  • Cumple con todas las especificaciones.
Cons
  • Expensive

Good cycling shoes for long tours

I have some foot issues and it was very comfortable when doing long trips - 60 to 80 miles a day with the rear panniers. Recommend this. The only thing I added to them was a couple of custom insoles I had on hand and they were an improvement on the snug fit with the original insoles.

Pros
  • Fantastic quality and walking comfort for SPD shoes. The perfect enduro shoe for the type of riding I love.
Cons
  • Soles wear out too quickly

Be careful with the size

No heel hold. They are too big for the size I usually wear. Should have returned it. Super tough and the velcro is nice. If they fit I would give them 4-5 stars.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • The price is nice but now I understand why the weight of the shoe was nowhere to be found. The rest is OK. volume

Clipless is a bit tighter

I had a Hellcat with the same size flat pedal. The clips are a bit stiffer, so too tight. Great shoes though Takes time to break in!

Pros
  • Great shoes. I've had it for a few months now and haven't had any problems.
Cons
  • It takes time to crack

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits great, just a bit heavy

While they were taken for a trip. Very comfortable and perfect fit. The fastening screws from my XTR Clipless also fit perfectly. As long as they are holders.

Pros
  • A little heavy on the sole of the foot. Especially over the top. You can use a better insole.
Cons
  • Limited color options

I read reviews and see complaints that the shoes are too big or too small. I ordered a pair of shoes that are 1/2 size larger than my feet and they were too small.

Pros
  • The shoe has a removable sockliner that allows the rider to further customize their fit.
Cons
  • Not suitable for long journeys

Great shoes for the money!

The shoes arrived earlier than expected and they are really great shoes. The clamp bolts need to be tightened very well or they will loosen after a full day of riding.

Pros
  • I think they are good. Good stop. There is a Velcro strap that secures the laces. Protects your feet.
Cons
  • No ankle support

Boring black and red

The Five Ten had great colorways for women, but it seems men only want black or charcoal mountain bike shoes. Strangely, when they make something colorful for men, that shoe sells out instantly. I don't think anyone at Five Ten pays attention to that! I returned them and bought a great pair in brown from another company.

Pros
  • The Five Ten Kestrel Lace Mountain Bike Men's Shoe is designed for comfort and performance, making it ideal for long rides or intense mountain biking.
Cons
  • prone to leg fatigue

A little internal discomfort in the ankle, though.

Great looking shoes. Excellent grip when hiking. Very stiff, excellent power transmission. As mentioned, the inside is very chafing near the ankle and causes a lot of discomfort when pedaling. So much so that I had to cut off that part of the shoe. I cut it right away. Haven't ridden since taking it off but hopefully that will take some of the pressure off. But damn, these shoes look good

Pros
  • The shoes have a padded tongue and collar for maximum comfort even during the most intense rides.
Cons
  • Poor customer service from the manufacturer

Brilliant mountain bike shoes: my review

Excellent support. Especially with the Velcro on the calipers, which I can actually close and then loosen on more advanced trails and take it home.

Pros
  • The best shoes for Enduro. Wouldn't use anything else!
Cons
  • Difficulty getting off the bike

Amazing after being hacked

Shoes took a short break in the time of 5 rides. After a period of breaking in I can say that these are by far the most durable and comfortable shoes I have ridden in, not to mention the price I could buy them for! I think being 8.5ft tall is worth it.

Pros
  • i love shoes
Cons
  • Very uncomfortable. You couldn't even ride a bike in it...my ankle hurts.

Finally found shoes that fit me!

I'm a size 11 and this is the first mountain bike shoe that fits me. The toe box is quite wide and my heels stay in place. Unfortunately, the tongue of the shoe is quite thin, which leads to some pressure. I don't notice it when driving though.

Pros
  • The shoe features a unique lace closure system that offers a personalized and secure fit.
Cons
  • Limited depreciation

Shoes without clips, in my opinion

These are my first cycling shoes, the sole is hard but you can walk in them without any problems. At first they feel uncomfortable, but soon you can walk without much effort. It fits perfectly on my Shimano clip. They are made by adidas who impressed me with their comfort.

Pros
  • The shoe has a reinforced toe box for extra protection against dirt.
Cons
  • underfill

Just skinny legs. - my new rating

They are very narrow. I even ordered a size up as I have wider feet. I could squeeze my foot in it, but he knew right away that it would be extremely uncomfortable for a ride longer than five minutes.

Pros
  • This is my second pair. I love these shoes!!
Cons
  • It was a gift.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Stylish, comfortable

Great shoes. Contactless is the way to go, excellent power transfer to the pedal. Don't look silly in boots when you get off your bike.

Pros
  • Go mayor
Cons
  • I like the shoes but they are only for riding, they are very stiff and uncomfortable when walking or doing other activities.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Comfortable but very stiff

Nice shoes but they sent me a different color than the one I chose, I didn't want to exchange them. They are very stiff and make quite a bit of noise on hard surfaces.

Pros
  • The best shoes for MTB! Ideal for Cross Country and Gravity
Cons
  • Too tight around the fingers
