When Shopping Becomes a Sport, FREEKITE

I believed I was purchasing outdoor equipment, not taking part in a scavenger quest. On the disorganized FREEKITE website, searching for what I needed was like completing a maze. And let's not even begin to discuss their return policy. Getting a refund from these individuals is more difficult than climbing Mount Everest. If you don't want to become lost in FREEKITE's maze, stick to brick and mortar establishments.

A Business That Can't Keep Up: FREEKITE

I was eager to try FREEKITE, but I soon became dissatisfied. It was tough for me to find what I wanted on their website due to its disorganization. And when I did finally succeed in making a transaction, their sluggish shipping and bad communication made me angry. And to top it all off, they have a terrible return policy. FREEKITE Is Just a Big Clumsy Letdown

When I first heard about FREEKITE, I assumed it would be a breeze to shop there. Finding what I was looking for on their website was like playing a never-ending game of hide and seek.
