Works great and offers good value, just wish their tool offered extra capabilities

Great support team who are always willing to help when needed! The product itself works well but there needs more features for our use case which would make it even better - we're using this primarily in an RPA deployment scenario so having some sorta "drag & drop" functionality like other tools have available might be nice too? We've found ourselves needing custom workarounds due to lack of builtin functions/features where others offer them out of box though they may not solve all your…

Easy to setup and control over Remote/Desktop computer

The best part about this software it's simple but powerful at same time! I can see all my hardware resources in realtime without any problems which makes me more productive when working remotely from home office for example. Sometimes there are some minor bugs like slow loading speed etc., so i would suggest give an try first before purchasing because if your budget not enough then don't buy just go through trial version instead. Intuitive And Easy To Use Dashboard Tool That Makes Monitoring Easier

I like how easy it is to create dashboards and get the data I'm looking for. Using the UI is very easy and intuitive. I also like the way that you can send alerts to multiple people and/or teams. It's easy to see if an alert needs to be escalated and who it needs to go to. I also like that you can set alerts for multiple alerts at once. I sometimes have trouble with the alerts I get.
