Great Replacement Hose

When I tried this replacement hose for my car, I was impressed with its durability and easy installation. The materials feel high quality and it has held up well under high temperatures .The only downside was that it was slightly more expensive than some other options, but the added quality was worth the cost..

Pros
  • Durable, easy installation, high quality materials
Cons
  • Slightly more expensive than other options

Best Heater Hose for Automotive Cooling!

Using this product, our team found that it solved all of our problems relating to car cooling. It prevented any damage to our engine and kept it running smoothly. It was very easy to install, which is ALWAYS a bonus for quick repair jobs. The only con was that we had to wait a bit longer to receive it. Overall, it is definitely a reliable product that we would highly recommend to other car enthusiasts!

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting, providing efficient heating for the engine.
Cons
  • Susceptible to cracking and leakage over time, potentially leading to engine damage.

1997 Civic Hose from Rocker Cover to Heater Valve

This is the hose that runs from the rocker cover under the manifold to the heater valve. I used needle nose pliers I got from Harbor Freight to remove the clips. The collar under the manifold is a bit tricky, so I recommend you mark your manifold at all three attachment points and carefully remove, noting alignment. Then it will not be difficult to remove and replace the hose with pliers. After replacing the hose and rebuilding the manifold, fill the radiator, leave it open, turn the heater on…

Pros
  • Has all the quality features of the Gates molded coolant hose and meets OEM specifications
Cons
  • Can be damaged
