I liked that they have excellent customer service with an extensive knowledge of pets in general & specifically for transport purposes (it's very important to find someone who has experience). I love that you can pick up from your home or drop off in our location which is ideal for me! We have used this service twice so far with great experience both times. The customer support has been amazing as well (especially when we had to get help immediately due to an emergency). Nothing really about their services but everything else was good though - just wish they did something different like offering discounts more frequently. They do however offer referral specials if someone refers them
