No matter what order your move the files to the device, it insists on scrambling them into some random order. It lacks a function to reorder files. The manual that came with the mp3 player does not go into the depths of the device itself and I can't seem to find anywhere online to find support forums. It has an option to create a playlist, but doesn't actually create the playlist. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Feels very light and plasticity. Great value.Only con- warranty not available. But for the price, it's not a big deal.

UI is almost unusable. There is no way to do common tasks without going back to the system settings (Repeat, Shuffle, etc.)Did not come with earbuds pictured. Came with super basic in-ear earphones.

Bought one for my wife. Inserted 32GB card. Download music off computer no problem. However, on playback the device will only play about 10 seconds of a track before auto switching to next track, then 10 seconds of replay the switch to next track. Very very annoying. Any help out there

I use this to listen to audio books. I'm not thrilled with the device. There is no lock on the controls, so it loses its place if you bump into something. There is no clip that you can attach it, so since it is in my pocket it loses its place when I bend. The controls change function as you go in and out of tracts and lists. If I were listening to music instead of books, it might not be so annoying. For some reason it keeps putting the last track of the book first.

This MP3 player has an AMAZING Battery life! I've listened to 3 10+ hour audio books (MP3 files) and STILL have over half of the battery life. I'm still learning how to use the controls and can't figure out how to convert videos to view on it.

i bought 3 at one time and i found it to be above many other brands. i then ordered 3 more! My only problem with 1 of the first 3 is that it does not recharge anymore after just over 1 month! I have to plug it into an alternative power source. I don't want to return it because I've already down loaded approx. 400 songs! Hoping the others don't have this problem.

I did not buy this from amazon buy i have the same one.I had it charging in my car and it CAUGHT ON FIRE. Might be worth a pass on this one.

This is a great player and I highly enjoy it. It works well and it plays music well. I got it for a 10 year old and he was able to use it fine.

Ordered two. Looked the same, but didn’t even have the same crazy menus. One of them only produced sound from the mp3, and NOT through the earbuds.

Unfortunatly I had bought three of these. they were all very inconsistent in how they worked and how long they worked. Within a month non of them worked anymore.I gave it three start because when I was unhappy with the product I was given a full refund.

Just got it today loaded music on it, but, it wont connect to my car stereo BT, my stereo has to have a 1234 or 0000. no way to do it on this player. I'll keep it does what it should on music.

I probably wouldn't have written a review at all except the speaker broke after 3 days of use. That could be a fluke but the player has other problems as well. To start, the interface is not intuitive at all. There is not a user manual included in the packaging and the user manual online does not work for the player I received. It's cute, the color is better than the color shown in the picture but with all the issues i've had with it in the first week, I would not buy this model again.

Good bargain! It was a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it. Not sure about it's working abilities though. I'll have to check in with him later.
