Sweaters, hats, scarves, blankets and more! This book will keep me knitting all winter long. I look forward to most of the projects, especially the dinosaur, digger, and floral sweaters. I love working with charts and there are several image projects in this book where you follow a chart.

This is the second book by Lucinda Gaja that I have bought and both are very exciting. I made an adorable mouse and am working on a second one. It has wonderful patterns for both boys and girls. Her patterns are simple, but she suggests you can figure out the embroidery without giving detailed line-by-line instructions. I found it helpful to write down the steps for my project.

My 4 year old loves it although a little heavy using cotton. I love that this book has such a good selection (garments, blankets, accessories) and is grouped. So if you want to give a GREAT gift, you can do it all as a group. or only one is also perfect. My only complaint is that I wish the book had listed actual measurements (i.e. rib to waist should be x inches etc), it makes things a lot better and makes it easier to go up in size.
