MAGGIE my horse LOVES it because of her sensitive skin

Our horse Maggie was itching like crazy. We found out she had head lice and dusted her with DE and washed like a hurricane but she was chafed in several places. I saw a post from a horse owner who used ning oil to relieve itching and inflamed skin. I melted coconut oil in a jar and added an ounce and then let it dry. Magg quoted immediately as I applied it with plastic gloves and stopped her incessant itching.

Never buy a flea collar again.

I have a 150lb Alaskan Malamute and even spend $60 on flea collars that don't work after buying neem oil. I blotted him with a paper towel, starting at his head and working my way down from his spine to his tail in about an hour and he stopped itching completely. At first the smell was very strong, but after 30 minutes I didn't feel anything. I will never buy a flea collar again. Oh, it will stop ear mites too. He no longer shakes his head.

Very happy with Pest Control

Although this real neem oil is advertised for use in farm animals, this real neem oil is just neem oil and perfect for garden use so I clicked on it. Ounce for ounce, this was the best price out of dozens of options on Revain. I am very happy with this purchase and will consider buying again when it runs out. Small things have a big impact. By the way. Stung by a wasp in the garden. I didn't understand why there were wasps there until I saw the nest a few days later. Anyway, I had to get rid of

Oh gods, the smell.

Once a week I add some neem oil to my shampoo. It has greatly improved the texture and look of my hair. At least once a week I get a comment from a colleague asking me what I'm doing because my hair looks amazing. The only problem with neem oil is that it has an incredibly strong odor. So when you start using it, DO NOT use it with your shampoo in the morning before work unless you want to push all your co-workers away. On the plus side, neem oil is pet safe (it's commonly used on horse manes…

What is safe for people and horses is safest for my roses

I was looking for neem to control powdery mildew on my roses. This one costs a little more because it's labeled safe for horses and humans (cosmetic grade), but it gives me the ability to mix it up in the kitchen and not worry about it dripping onto my legs when I spray it. Neem doesn't have a pleasant smell (not pungent, but slightly rotten onion), but it's plain neem. To use it successfully on plants it needs to be emulsified, and the directions I found on homesteadandchill worked great (I…

Helps to stop flies and summer itch in horses

I have tried so many different products on my horse. Summer in Florida is tough on her skin as she is severely allergic to mosquitoes and the combination with mosquito bites makes her itchy so much her stomach and throat are bloody. But this neem oil really helped a lot! Here's how I used it: - I diluted a small amount of neem oil in water and also added a few drops of dish soap to make it mix better with water. - I poured everything into a spray bottle. And once a day she sprayed all her sore…

Great natural product and miracle cure for scabies!

bought because i got scabies from a kid at my work and although i used the permethrin cream as prescribed by the doctor, after about a week some new ones are back Flare spots have popped up, including the scalp and face, which I've been told not to apply permethrin cream to (because it's a toxic pesticide), and they're said to "rarely" affect those areas. But after reading that neem oil is a safe and natural way to cure scabies (mites that burrow into the skin) and I could even use it on my…
