When I opened the box, the gold sticker on the cartridge was broken. You can see the cut and the printer won't accept it. There the whole cartridge is unusable and when I opened it it was too late for a refund/refund. I buy them in stock so they never run out. I think I will return to the staples to buy.

I installed this cartridge on May 16th and printed 12 8x10 pages including color. The cartridge is empty and my printer displayed a message that the cartridge may be counterfeit - return it to the seller.

DO NOT TRUST THIS INK. I just unpacked a new color ink cartridge and put it in my printer 2 years before the expiry date. I needed to print some full color stickers for a home business. The first page looked striped and bad. I upgraded the print quality to "best". I flipped through four more pages of decent prints before the pages came out unimaginably striped. It's actually several times cheaper to buy a new printer than replacing cartridges, especially if you have a budget printer under $50. My tri-color 64 cartridge was delivered on 10/27/19 and today (10/31/19) my ENVY 7855 shows I'm very low on ink! I printed six photos and maybe 50 color sheets. I think I'll reinstall my HP Photosmart 7510 and save money.
