This is a small cartridge I bought it for HP Officejet 6500A Plus Although this new cartridge was installed Conclusion: Doesn't work I thought I had better luck than previous reviews , or that previous reviews would have prompted the seller to make sure the products worked, unfortunately that is not the case with this purchase just doesn't work.

It is very convenient that ink cartridges are delivered directly to your home. That's exactly what they say - high-quality HP ink in the right cartridge for your printer. When the printer tells me it's running low on ink, I order it and receive it in 1 or 2 days. It couldn't be easier

I had to deduct a star because they sent us yellow ink instead of black and had to return and replace it. Can't comment on the overall durability of the inks, but I've printed probably 10 sheets on it and everything works fine.

Purchased this product in January 2020, printed less than 40 pages and noticed the printer was showing an 'ink warning' in early October 2020. The printed page was uneven, blurry, and unreadable. Removed ink cartridge, shook it a few times and tried again but still didn't work. This cartridge is rated to print over 400 pages! A refilled cartridge from Costco is significantly cheaper and lasts significantly longer than this "original cartridge" from HP. Absolute disappointment!

It's better to use original HP or risk it. I've heard so many horror stories lately about refills or other substitutes ruining your printers. I hate that they change cartridge numbers and sizes too often. Sometimes old models are hard to find. They get there and they are so expensive. But you have to have them. I won't be changing my HP multifunction printer any time soon.

The printer did not recognize this cartridge. I'm wondering if it really is "HP" and/or "new". Had to bypass the Ink Levels and Orientation menus to get the cartridge to work in my printer. Delivered super fast! If out of stock at my local store.

Says it's "New Product Box" but it isn't. It looks like it's a refilled cartridge that they want to pass off as new. It doesn't even fit in my printer. I'm trying to return it, but a) it's difficult to print a printer ink return label when YOU DON'T HAVE PRINTER INK, such a major inconvenience, and b) it only allows me to print a return receipt and there's no link to print that Returns label for outside of carton. I can't find customer service to get it and I'm CERTAINLY not paying to send it…

Ink was ok but ran out FAST and NOT 420 pages as promised! I mainly print at work and only use my home printer in emergencies. I bought this cartridge on 08/25/2015. So far I've printed a maximum of 30 pages and I'm out of ink! I read the reviews before purchasing the mascara and decided to track it down and see for myself. I can confirm that all the reviews about running out of ink fast, false advertising/promises, misleading and defrauding consumers, etc. are true.
