Arrived late in the Laptop Accessories category

This arrived late with a broken docking stand rail. Because it was defective, the laptop could not be powered and the laptop could not be viewed on the screen. It was totally useless. It has already been returned and reordered.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I won't say anything

HP Elitebook 840 G3

Everything is fine. Convenient plug and play with dual monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse. No questions. Light Schmizi. I had to purchase a Revain VGA to DisplayPort adapter for one of the monitors. The other used VGA with no problems. Terrific. The seller emailed me to make sure I'm happy. I am very. :)

Pros
  • Weight
Cons

No HDMI Access: Computers and Accessories

The HP computer has 1 HDMI port that must be used with this docking station. The HDMI port is closed when connected to a docking station. Our IT department spoke directly to HP before I bought the docking station. We have been told that this is the only dock that will work with my system. I had a previous docking station that worked fine, but HP informed me (through our IT department) that it could ruin my hard drive.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • No Instructions

The product is not new, did not work.

The product is advertised as new but has clearly been used or refurbished. Although the shipping box was not damaged, the plastic inside was broken and my laptop (HP Elitebook) would not dock. There is a small catch that was undone (loose inside) so every time I tried to "plug in" my laptop it wouldn't stay. Tried several ways but to no avail. For the price paid I was expecting a new working product but instead I got what I now have to return.

Pros
  • Quality workmanship
Cons
  • Some defects

Broken and untested Revain Warehouse

My dock arrived very well packaged looks like an unopened return but no. I don't care about scratches but figured I was buying a proven functional product. the device is mechanically defective, scratches show that the previous owner had to pull the laptop out of the docking station. The dock will not catch on anymore, in the photo you can see my new and old docks (needed for the office now), or you can see that the locking mechanism isn't even at the right height and the extended plug isn't far

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Bad impression

The description says it has 2 DisplayPort version 1.2 ports (released 2010) which according to the VESA website should support 4Kp at 60Hz: Not true With VESA- Using certified HBR2 DisplayPort cables, a BenQ PD2700U monitor, and an HP EliteBook 850 G5 (Intel UHD Graphics 620), I couldn't exceed 1080p at 60Hz. Undocking and using the laptop's HDMI 1.4 port achieves the maximum specification, 4Kp @ 30Hz, so the monitor and laptop are not the issue. I called HP customer support and they said that…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Speed
