iMARS -Medical / Surgical Office Review

The best thing about iMARS is that it has an easy to use interface, so even if you don't have any medical training you can still start using the system without much trouble. I like how the system is fully customizable, allowing me to change my workspace as needed. It's also very intuitive when it comes to entering patient information and communicating with other staff members. The ease of use, especially with new hires who are not familiar with the program. It can be difficult to find things in it if they are not used to it. I like that it has all my medical history in one place, which makes finding information easier than if you had to look through multiple files or folders of papers for each doctor visit/appointment etc.. It can be time consuming at times when searching though your patient's file but once we have found what our looking after its not too bad! The ease of access to patient information, ability for physicians to send messages directly from their smartphones or tablets using an app called "iMessage". This allows them to have immediate communication with patients without having to go through emailing systems which can be time consuming especially if you are in multiple locations at once!
