I like that its allows you to upload your own logo, it's easy for customers (and clients) to get an idea what their invoice will look like before they submit payment; great way to ensure transparency in business relationships! I love that I can create different templates for different clients, so each client has their own look and feel to their invoice. I also like how easy it is to send out invoices and reminders and the notifications are great! I wish there was an option to add multiple attachments at once. It's difficult to drag and drop them onto the screen. The best way for me to do this is to copy all of the attachments into my word document first, then paste them in one at a time.
