The service and support team is superb. They have always been at the forefront and ready to help. Very knowledgeable and experienced. The product is good but sometimes difficult to understand. Some things are a little too basic or too technical. Good learning and a quick turn around time on new features. The ability for me as an account manager/support rep is flexibility of being able to work remotely from any location or at home which means I can balance my personal time & career effectively! Also great benefits like PTO + vacation are available along w/healthcare+401k options so no worries about getting sick or not having money saved up when you start working there (which happens sometimes). I like how easy it is for us as an organization of many different departments (HR/Payroll etc.)to access all our data through one system! There are some minor issues - but nothing major at this time--we've been using them since 2012 so can't be too picky about bugs or glitches now days!!
