I like that this software allows me to create my own templates for emails or newsletters as well as other documents such has contracts etc., it's very easy! It also helps keep track if you have sent an email out already so there are no duplicates which can be helpful sometimes when sending mass amounts at once (which happens weekly). The platform has allowed us to create digital documents with ease! There are so many templates but sometimes it can be tricky finding what you're looking for especially when creating new or edited docs/sheets etc.. I wish there was more integration between platforms like sharing links (or even sending them) from one app into another allowing users access without having 2 accounts logged onto at once would make life much easier!! I like how easy it was to create documents (spreadsheets), as well as collaborate with others through the app. This app is great for creating documents that go out to coworkers or clients. It's also helpful for keeping track of work you are doing, and communicating with your team. The ability to send PDF documents is really useful too!
