The punch blade may not be sharp enough to cut out the heart as sharply (and cleanly) as you'd like. . . But for an average craft project, it looks good enough. They're a little hard to squeeze. . . but I didn't have to punch out millions of hearts or anything. . . . A million hits will definitely hurt your arm! The punch box fell off too easily - but I didn't care because I used the confetti hearts anyway.

Overall this is a good product in theory and for what I bought it for, but it gets stuck/sticky where I have to take it apart. UPDATE: I really hate this product. I have an RA on my hands and would really like to know where the quality control was when it was made? Terrible product. I've tried working with it, but I just can't. I opened the box, pulled out the punch and a bunch of little white round confetti fell out like someone used it and returned it, and I was next in line. I just assume it was a quality check to make sure I have a good product. I haven't had any problems with this hole punch, but I've used card stock as well. Definitely used. It does what I want, which is to make the perfect hole size for my labels. While it works well, I very much doubt I'll have any problems. I'm quick to return something but just brush it off and insist it would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been used for the look/feel. I would recommend if you are looking for a 1/8 hole punch. I have shown the standard sized hole in my binding versus the 1/8th hole on the map.
