Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

I took it after the onkyo skw-770 which broke down after 2 months of use, and they couldn’t even fix it in the service. I hope this one will last longer, although reviews of breakdowns are also found on the network. In general, so far very satisfied.

Pros
  • Design in my opinion is definitely the best in this price category. Pretty smart, excellent for a kin, I still try to listen to music without it, since there is enough bass from jamo speakers of the same series. The sleep mode works as it should, if desired, you can turn it on permanently. The diode is in front behind the grill, you can always see it works or not.
Cons
  • The grill is not on a magnet like the speakers in the same series. Thin veneer. Build quality - when I saw what is in the photo below, I thought what kind of nail was sticking out with glue? It turned out to be a diode, but the glue is notably smeared. All connection toggle switches are located at the bottom, it seems to be stylishly hidden, but it’s not convenient to crawl and tilt it all the same!

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

After my Onkyo skw-770 stopped working after only two months, I bought this one because the service center was unable to fix it. This one, I hope, will hold up for longer than others reviewed on the network for failing. Good impression thus far.

Pros
  • As far as I can tell, it has the best design of any product in this price range. Although it's quite slick and great for a relative, I usually just skip using it when listening to music because my Jamo speakers from the same series already have more than enough bass. The sleep mode is fully functional, and can be left on at all times if desired. You can always tell if the diode is functioning because it is up front, hidden behind the grill.
Cons
  • Unlike the speakers in the same series, this one does not have a magnetic grill. Only skin deep. Poor construction; I was wondering what kind of nail was protruding from the picture below and why it was glued. That was indeed a diode, although the glue job wasn't very good. Toggle switches for all connections are at the bottom, which may be aesthetically pleasing but is inconvenient to access because it requires you to crawl and tilt the device.

Absolutely brilliant subwoofer!

It's not tiny, but it's definitely thinner and more streamlined than most subwoofers. Unique shape, looks like it will match your furniture (not the random square black box in your room)! Well-designed, easy-to-use controls to customize to your device/room/music/sound preferences (each one is important to get the best settings). I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it! Well packaged and shipped with confidence. Great price too! You got it absolutely right.

Wow, great subwoofer!

Sold my Polk 10 inch subwoofer for this option because the Jamo white series was more aesthetically pleasing and tasteful. I was blown away by the build quality and the sound of the subwoofer. I didn't even have to turn it 1/4 way Amazing bass and volume controls on the subwoofer I tucked it next to the sofa instead of on the wall and it fills my living room and kitchen with rich bass sound Ultimate sound I have this subwoofer with me Matched to Jamo S805 speakers Recommend this subwoofer.

Amazing subwoofer. Size, sound quality and price!

This is a repeat purchase for our home. I have one in the music and rehearsal room and have now installed one with my main stereo in the living room. Very impressed with the compact design, solid presence and sound quality. Don't let the vertical, small footprint and 10-inch subwoofer fool you. This gives a clean yet solid hit. Don't waste time with bricks and mortar, buy Revain first!

This "kind of" compact subwoofer is fantastic! Especially if you're trying to mix it with small bookshelf speakers. Okay, here's the story from the beginning. I originally ordered a smaller 8 inch subwoofer through BB. SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 This model was quickly put on reserve and in short I only received it on DECEMBER 28 (really Merry Christmas)! wasted my time with BB. I checked Revain. Best budget subwoofer ever

This subwoofer is exactly what I was looking for - something small/thin and I could easily fit next to a TV stand without protruding from the wall. For the money, the sound of a subwoofer is tremendous value. Having had several high end SVS subwoofers I wouldn't say they compare to them but to be honest they exceeded any expectations I had at this price point. Fair price. Not the best, but "the best " is way overpriced. it's good enough

Very good subwoofer. PROVIDED you take the time to calibrate it properly. I think that applies to almost every subwoofer, but especially to the Jamo S810. At the usual 12 o'clock position for the volume and crossover, the sound is just too loud and distorts a bit. But you can and should play around with the controls and listen carefully to make sure the sound coming out is comfortable (best) to YOUR ears (every person has their own personal preference). The price I think depends on each person.

Bottom line: the device is cool, the opinion of the audio is adequate. Audiophiles think they can throw something else. It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

Bought to correct the "flaws" of the sound of a small active speaker system Ruark Audio MR1 mk2 in rock genres. The similarity of design approaches also played a role in the purchase. Well, bass in the listener - the long-forgotten concert stage sound of "old-school" intrigued with its "comeback" in 2022. Svbwoofer helped "shelf speakers" improve by 101%.   • Front driver form factor, vintage acoustic fabric look. Very delicate bass support for bookshelf acoustics if necessary. The woofer located in the center between the acoustics "in the face" of the listener simply enchantingly changes the perception of the "shelf stereo" when listening to music. The effect when perceived as from very (!) High-quality floor speakers.
Cons
  • Thin and delicate veneer in walnut color (early abrasion is possible on the sharp corners of the body) The amplifier control panel and connectors are on the bottom and the gain and cutoff adjustments are coupled with turning the subwoofer over. It is inconvenient to turn it until you adjust the sound. When it was possible, the desire to turn the handles no longer arises (perhaps this was the goal of the designers: "do not spoil the good") For the same reason, not every straight (!) "plug" of a subwoofer cable can be connected from below. The gap between the connector in a small recess and the floor is small, and with a decent cable cross-section, bending it can be problematic without additional "legs" for the subwoofer. The kit comes with an L-shaped RCA, but the cable cross-section and its appearance are not worth mentioning. Will be replaced with the hope of harmlessness for the sound. Execution and kit are not without strange "childish" flaws from the masters of JAMO. But there are no complaints about the sound (according to its purpose). Only for buttons.
