I like that it's very international! We have so many opportunities to work internationally (and travel) while still being able to get back home for holidays etc. The pay isn't great - but there are other benefits which help compensate somewhat; also our department has some good people who all seem happy here overall too. My main takeaway was that if you aren't paying for what makes your practice unique then competitors can easily copy it or offer something similar to consumers who are looking at multiple solutions as well because there really isn’t anything out here quite like them currently! We were able use their services but not be bound by contract so our clients didn't get locked into long term engagements (which we always dislike).
