Disappointed good for me

I’m sure this product may be good for some people hair but not mine! I really don’t want to leave a bad review because I’m sure it is a good shampoo but it did not react well to my hair. It turned it brassy and almost seemed as if it damaged my hair. But it my work better for others. Disappointed

Clarifies but directions say to follow-up with the brand’s formaldehyde or keratin treatment.

My product did NOT come with a pump. And the lid isn’t a flip up lid, so it’s inconvenient. The scent is a mild floral scent and the shampoo is a clear pink color. My bottle came with a safety seal under the cap. The safety seal was 25% opened though. So apparently from what the directions say on the bottle, this clarifying shampoo is to be used BEFORE using the brand’s formaldehyde or keratin treatment. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have purchased this shampoo as it sounds like it’s…

Package arrived leaking. Smells weird.

I was disappointed in the packaging. The product was leaking when it arrived. I haven't tried it out yet to see how I like the quality. It doesn't smell pleasant. For the price it should at least smell good. I decided to not even try it out.

Actually Sud and Cleans

Smells wonderful and cleanses hair better than any other shampoo I have ever used for Keratin treated hair. Thanks for attention.

Washes all the accumulated crud out

Our water is super hard here. This even washed that out bringing my hair back to the texture I remember from a year ago. Worth the cost!
