The quality is at zero, very sorry for the money spent.

The columns look great. Bought as rear for home theater, along with RP-5000 and RP-504. It seems so right when all the columns are from the same series. To replace the rear Dali Spector-2. I was sure that now the rear will be brighter. I expected a sound comparable to the outdoor 5000. And hell. Cheap Dalis, although they sound so-so, are still better than these Clips. If you turn on the "Multi-stereo" mode. then immediately a wild imbalance in the brightness of the sound with the front…

Pros
  • Appearance. Case quality. Nothing else.
Cons
  • Silent boxes. The sound quality is even worse than the Dali Spektor 2, only the Dalis cost 19k, and these Clips cost 55k.

Great product for bookshelf speakers

These speakers are fantastic. I researched many options and this is the best quality I could find in this price range. I'll stick with Klipsch once I've finished the other rooms in my house.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Good but not great

Amazing sounds from such a small speaker

This was my very first experience with Klipsch speakers. These bookshelf speakers are amazing. I could only focus on them because they sounded great individually. I'm addicted and want more! Be careful, you will fall in love too.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Damaged

Big sound in a relatively small package

Everyone knows that Klipsch makes great speakers. This is my second pair - my first is at our vacation home in Maine and have been providing fantastic sound for over 10 years. When I decided to upgrade the speakers in our permanent residence, I chose Klipsch. I am happy with my purchase and I think you will be too.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model

Great speakers in a small package

I used them as front L/R channels to replace some Paradigm speakers. These speakers are amazing. Great sound in a small package, which was important considering I needed them to fit on my bookshelf. The blocks look beautiful with or without the grill. These have 8 ohms and can be easily connected with speaker cables or clamps. I hooked them up to a subwoofer and got plenty of bass.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Some cons

Bookshelf speaker sound quality

Overall performance is good for its size. My issue with these speakers, as with all Klipsch speakers, is that they lack treble, but there is bass for its size, but it's not very clear there. I have bookshelf speakers that are 35 years old and sound better. I like the way it's laid out and I just think they should be clearer. This is my second bookshelf and I have not used any of them.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Hard to imagine better sounding speakers

I bought these bookshelf speakers from Klipsch to use in my recording studio, to stream music to SiriusXM and as alternate speakers for test mixes. I hooked them up to a David Hafler P3000 power amp and a Rotel preamp and was blown away by how good they sound. My workspace is small and they fit perfectly. The mids are comfortable and warm with clear and focused highs combined with the perfect bass response for classical, jazz and quiet music. Now listening as I write this review I am amazed at…

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Terrible Design: Home Audio

Zero PROPER mounting options are not designed for front speakers. Using them as such is just poor you, they are refined rear speakers at best, but they don't give you the RIGHT way of mounting them. The keyhole pushes them against the wall, blocking the rear opening. They don't need to be sealed or ported at the front, as the MASSIVE rear flared port disables all proper home theater mounting options, no. The 15 degree Revain base mounts let the sound simply sweep over your head. Very…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • ca.

The price fluctuates a lot, please be patient!

I am writing this review about a day after receiving the package and the price is already about $150 more than I paid. So I can only pay for this speaker based on what I paid for. I think it's a 5 star value in the $350 range. They sound great and the sound is way better than my apartment can handle but I expect to keep them forever. A good printed manual is included, but it seems geared more towards the Reference Premiere series as a whole rather than the specific RP-500M. Alone. It's the…
