software update? Face recognition?

Good value for money considering the technical characteristics of the phone. However, LG is closing their phone store, so the phone should be sold at a higher discount as they are unlikely to invest in software updates anymore. Oh, and there is NO facial recognition option to unlock the phone.

Much better than expected

Was sure what to expect when buying from Amazon. Paired with a silver Tudia case to match the white that would be visible. I've had it for about two weeks, love it. The advice is to proceed with setting up the rotation of gestures. I mean if you like gestures. Gestures should be automatically enabled during setup, I disabled them.

Good phone so far, small flaws

Fingerprint reader. Doesn't have face recognition. The mAh battery is an improvement over my previous Xperia but with regular use it lasts about the same 2 days. The power button is a bit stuck. A week later, I received a notification from LG that their mobile products were disappearing. Too bad, but they said they would honor all the guarantees, services, etc. to the end.

  • Pleasant to use

I love it! - Mobile phones

It took me a while to find a phone that I really like (3rd time is nice). Thank goodness Revain policy allows returns. So far this phone does everything I want it to do. The location for fingerprint recognition is in a great location. The only problem I encountered is the slipperiness of the phone. Do not place it on an uneven surface. It's about to slip. Also, it's difficult to hold it, it's so slippery. This is getting fixed today, I'm getting a case that should give it more grip. less slip.

It did NOT work right out of the BOX.

This phone has NOT worked since I unboxed it. I spoke to Amazon customer service and they referred me to LG customer service. What a joke! I spent hours trying to get a return authorization for repairs and because I couldn't pass the "Purchase Confirmation" the auto reply did NOT work. I've tried calling LG support multiple times but to no avail. In all the years I've shopped at AMAZON, this is, in my opinion, the first (FIRST and WORST) bad review I've ever given any of their suppliers. Unless

Great device with terrible battery life

Too bad LG decided to stop making phones. In my opinion, this is one of the best devices they've ever made, barring one major issue. The battery life in this device is terrible. I don't know if it uses the Mediatek processor or not as opposed to other versions, but there are times when this particular device is unlikely to get a 3 hour screen in time. That. Screen, this thing has one of the most beautiful screens I've seen in years. It doesn't follow the high refresh rate trend, but the colors…

Great product, great price!

This phone is $699 on Verizon or AT&T, but it's under $300! It's wider and longer than the Samsung 9+, but worth the money. It's unlocked, which means you can use SIM cards from providers other than Verizon. It also means you don't have the redundant software that those carriers install on your phone that eats up your storage space. There are several important applications that AT&T installs. The back has the AT&T icon and a splash screen. You need a case for it as it's very slim and stylish, I
