I wasn't expecting too much so I was surprised to see how much it changed when I sat in front of my computer, especially in the evenings. Screen glare has been reduced without affecting the color and clarity of screen content. The frame fits both me and my wife. She used her pair in the office and now they are 100% of the time when she is at her desk. Happy with the purchase.

It's hard to complain about the price but my first pair didn't last very long. I've had them for 4 months and usually only wear them at home.
