Find another mouse on PlayStation

I had 2 of them. I just broke down and bought a Razer mouse due to issues. It is released when you hold down the left mouse button. To the point where I can't move an item in my WOW bags without it falling off. Single clicks sometimes result in a double or triple click. Overall I absolutely hate this mouse and can't understand how Logitech could post such a disappointment. I've always loved their gear. But stay away from this mouse. If this had only happened with mine, it could certainly have…

Good mouse until it fails in a few months

Great ergonomics and button layout, nothing to complain about when it was brand new. Then the left click started going haywire after only 4 months of ownership. Left-clicking sometimes resulted in double-clicks, and holding operations broke the holding operation from time to time, meaning the mouse became unusable for both gaming and WFH use. I've contacted support and been inundated with useless troubleshooting issues, and they have the 'experience' of sending me to a third-party site to…

One of the most comfortable mice I've ever used.

This thing is quite simply the best affordable mouse money can buy. You can usually pick this guy up for $50 when he's on sale, and damn it's a steal. The G502 HERO has a fancy HERO sensor which I think is the best sensor they sell. The mouse is very ergonomic, although it took me a while to get used to it. If you download the Logitech software, you can customize each button to perform different functions. It practically revolutionized my browsing experience by binding "next tab" and "previous…

With two separate mice, the scroll wheel broke easily

This mouse was a dream at first. Good weight, smooth response, always like a braided line, it has a slick, pleasing design, but the scroll wheel has broken twice already. The first broke after the fall. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't the mouse's fault. Second? I had this mouse for about 2 months before the wheel broke again. Never dropped but with heavy daily use the part of the mouse wheel that lets it turn just the right amount broke, allowing the wheel to…

SIGNIFICANT improvement over the original 502

I bought this discounted mouse to replace my original G502 which I had for many many years. My previous one wore out the pads and the M1 eventually became unreliable. This worked well for a few months, but now there was a problem that caused the M1 not to last. This means you cannot drag the mouse to drag and drop files or drag to select multiple files. Sometimes it registers holding down the mouse button as a series of clicks, meaning that in normal use it does all sorts of crazy unexpected…

Save money buy another mouse

This is honestly not a bad mouse although there are a couple of things to complain about, firstly it weighs 117g which literally means new wireless mice weigh less. Second, on the side below the other two buttons is a square button that's quite difficult to reach. One last thing is the fact that the RGB is pretty minimal in this one (I'm an RGB fan), Logitech has some simple RGB settings that kind of mess up my current build because I have RGB everywhere. The Logitech GHUB also sucks as a…

The scroll wheel still rattles.

I received the mouse today and need to return it. Having never used Logitech gaming mice before, I was curious about the G502 and have now tried both the wireless and wired versions. I returned it almost immediately. I can't believe how much play is in this scroll wheel. I'm an avid scroll wheel user in advanced spreadsheets and browsing the web for work, and I use the MX 3 with the same hyper-scrolling but without the clatter. I wanted to try something lower while still being ergonomic and…

Amazing mouse for professionals and gamers

I finally had to bite the bullet and buy a new mouse after my old Logitech wired gaming mouse died after over a decade. Probably a good/combined 8 hours a day for the 10 years it's been used for work and play (we'll see how this one holds up ;P). The ergonomics of this mouse is far superior to my old one. I could never "naturally" reach the extra/widest thumb button on my old one, making it only useful for work and terrible for gaming. With this mouse, however, all the thumb buttons are…
