Flexible and user-friendly solutions for managing multi channel operations

The ability of this software to integrate seamlessly into my eCommerce business was one thing I liked best about it - as well as its flexibility (and how fast they responded when things broke). There were other features too but those are not problems per se; rather issues we could have solved better if there had been time/resources available. Great for internal operations and managing customers

I like how it's easy enough so new employees can use without training or consulting from experienced users (like myself). The tool itself could be improved by making some of its functions available via API rather than as text files which are difficult/impossible when working remotely. We've been able to automate many tasks previously done manually including email outreach campaigns & handling customer support inquiries through chatbots hosted within this system - saving valuable time spent…

Fantastic solution for selling cross-border

The best about Marello is the ability to reach any market segment regardless of their language or cultural level. Also has a great integration system which can be used with almost any other tool we have in our ecosystem. With almost every change the product needs manual update, maybe this will change in future releases. Great integration with channel partners, especially with payment providers like Nadeo.
