Don't buy them: Pads

Contrary to what the ad says these are not solid pads, the middle is completely empty very disappointed and quite annoyed

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • I'll write later

Good wedge: External

This wedge has a certain weight. There is an empty space in the center that becomes visible when you turn it over. With my light camper, it will be durable to get the job done and stay in place.

Pros
  • Hard type
Cons
  • No Auto

Hover over the image to zoom Fest! Incorrect information, these pads are hollow, not solid, hollow! MaxxHaul 70073 Robust hard rubber wedge with eyebolt

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

NO RIGID BLOCK BUT HOLLOW INSIDE. A 1 TON PICK-UP STRIKES LIKE A BULLET.

Just bought this week for 2000 GMC 1 ton and even with the truck in reverse up a moderate hill the truck crushed the block. 9800 Guards It's hollow inside, heavy and thick, but hollow and worthless! Current information says it is a solid rubber block but I assure you this is not the case.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Good work! Strong smell

They fit nicely between my two axle trailer tires. I use one on each side and they prevent rolling in either direction. Thick quality rubber and strong eyelet attachment. My only complaint is that I had to let them out of the trailer for 2 weeks before putting them in the storage compartment. The odor of the released rubber was much stronger than, for example, from a new set of tires or other rubber products of similar density.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Difficult conditions! best in stock

I bought a pair for our RV to use when hanging/unhitching. A quick and dirty last with a bit of fiddling. They look just like the pads you see on truck loading docks. Empty but still quite rich. The eyebolt is screwed at one end and can be easily tightened if it becomes loose. I left mine outside for a couple of weeks to allow the "Chinese rubber" smell to dissipate - if you've ever been to a port freight shop you know what I mean!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Not exactly as described

It looks well made, the rubber is grippy but not soft. . The listing says "hard rubber" which to me means it's a solid block. It's hollow at the bottom, which means it's fine for a small to medium sized RV or most regular cars, but I wouldn't recommend it for large trucks or loaded trailers. When my f250 has no charge on the back it works, but when I have a full charge the block is basically crumpled as it's hollow.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

What a smell! for outside

Bought 4 of these for my large motorhome, they definitely fit. Hear what others have to say about the smell, they really stink in the compartment I keep them in. Even the FedEx driver noticed that their truck smelled! Hope it goes away with time. I keep them separately in the outside compartment, but if you keep them with other items that can absorb odors, be careful! And also remember that they are quite heavy which is a plus for my application. I replaced the lock nut to keep the screw lug…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • boring packaging

They do the job but have a very strong smell

Decent price for what you get. They definitely fit in the F-150 as an extra precaution when I jack it up, but they're not "hard rubber" they're hollow inside. I will also replace the nuts with locknuts. As others have written in their reviews, these parts also give off a VERY strong rubber/gasoline smell. I left the box in the house for 5 minutes and the whole top floor of the house smells like rot. Now they're sitting outside in the sun to see if the smell goes away at all. If not, they're in…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...
