Long reach durable hole punch, can punch plastic

This hole punch makes clean holes in paper, chipboard and thin plastics. The edges of the holes are not torn or raised. The range of the punch is 2 inches from the edge of the paper to the center of the new hole. The punch has a handy tool for grabbing the discs produced by the punch, after which the discs can be easily disposed of. The handles of the perforator are covered with rubber. However, if you drill a lot of holes in strong materials, you can also wear soft gloves or mittens. I have…

They work well but don't expect perfection

When I received them I immediately opened them and checked that they work properly. In this case they did. I had an unopened one that I opened recently and it didn't work either. The product works great for me as I use it thousands of times in my shop. Because of the price, I don't expect them to last forever, but they can break or stop working in a week or half a year. I bought a 1/8" metal punch and it has worked flawlessly for years. I want it to be like this for 1/16" and 5/16"; This is…

5/24/13 I have used this Mc Gill brand before and I LOVE their product. It is durable and will last a very long time. I ordered 5 of these and when I received them they were TERRIBLE! It came with no packaging, no handle cover and no McGill branding anywhere. I believe the company that sold me this product did an exchange and it is VERY disappointing. It wasn't even a 5/16" hit! It was a regular 1/8" hit. Anyone looking to purchase this product should research this vendor before purchasing…

Good but flawed and questionable company

The purple plastic holder on the bottom pops open every time you punch a hole in the plastic or paper. Then all the punched holes will fly in different directions. In addition, it is stated that it can be used on thin plastic. I have 0.1mm and 0.05mm thick plastic that I wanted to use it on but with every hit it doesn't work and cuts through the plastic. Instead, it stretches as you cut, leaving edges with jagged plastic instead of a smooth circle. Useless to me. Furthermore, I'm trying to…
