I purchased this as a multi-purpose measuring tool. I plan to use it for sewing, as well as general body measurements for clothing size and general health awareness. I also measured my dog with it to make sure the new collar and harness I got were the right size.The tape measure is flexible and strong. The numbers and markings are large and clear and seem to be embedded into the tape, so they are unlikely to scratch off, even with friction on the surface.

The white print on dark purple may not be the easiest for everyone to read. I got this for a purple lover and they loved it. You don't realize how useful a long tape measure is until you don't have one. Yes, it takes time to roll up when your done with it; it's 120 inches long. Good quality and feel will be very durable for years to come.

This arrived sooner than the delivery date which is great I accurately measured myself so I can buy proper clothing in the future. I love this product.Its great it comes with two sides one larger version of inches and then on the back side I believe its also in cm.

This tape measure works well for taking body measurements. It automatically locks in place every 1/2 to 1 inch and has a hook to attach the other end of the tape to when you're measuring to hold it in place. Once it's attached, you press the red button and the tape tightens up to give you an accurate measurement. When you're done you press the same button to roll the tape back up. It's white whereas the description says yellow - but otherwise is what it says it is - a flexible tape measure with both cm and inches. I'm sure you can find even cheaper ones but why go out of your way when this is inexpensive and with free shipping? Arrived on time and appears to be well made.

I was all about having this extra long tape measure in purple! It’s 👌🏾. The measure marks are a bit more difficult to see to be honest. When it’s in the clear bin people can’t really tell what it is till I take it out. I love it but it’s not for everyone.

It states that it has harmful chemicals. I usually don't pay attention to packaging for items like this but I'm glad I noticed it this time. I requested a return for this item as I'm not willing to take the risk.

It seems to be made of a sturdy reinforced vinyl and has inches on one side, inches and centimeters on the other. The metal end covers are fairly well finished so they haven't really gotten snagged on anything-sometimes really cheap ones get caught on fine materials.
