This cute little mouse comes with the battery already installed, and it's ready to go paired with my Surface Pro 6 and clicking things. The scroll wheel works well. Mint color is very delicate, I like it. The minor complaint is an annoyingly loud click, like a nail in my brain. For the rest - satisfied.

I understand it's made by Microsoft, but c'mon - you can't even get it to work on a Mac?!?! It can't be that hard, and while it might not be their bread and butter, it's far from useless. I can't even find third party drivers or anything like that. Huge waste of money. Beware Mac buyers - this will not work.

If you are buying a bluetooth mouse to sit on your desk I heartily recommend this mouse. It's easy to set up, comfortable to use, and generally does what I expect from a desktop mouse. but no cables. However, I bought this particular mouse to use with my travel laptop. I checked if it has a manual shut off feature and it does. I bought this mouse to replace a long running Microsoft mouse that eventually failed. Because of this achievement, I went straight back to Microsoft. Finally, Microsoft's previous product has worked great with a number of Dell work laptops and my iMac over the years.
