I would give 5 stars except for the supplied hardware. I installed this bracket on a Samsung UN49KS8500FXZA but after attaching the top of the brackets to the TV I was unable to attach the bottom screws. Because? The supplied screws were M8x4.0 mm. I had to go and buy a replacement. Not knowing exactly what size to buy, I chose 4.5mm and of course 5.0mm. Does anyone need two M8x4.5mm hex bolts? Very well built and reliable. Heavy gauge steel (0.070" thick) with dual molded hangers should securely hold the heavy TV. The locking mechanism differs from that shown in the picture. Mine has a locking bar that slides under the bottom edge of the hanger mounts. This is easier and better in my opinion. . This mount works very well and only took me about 15-20 minutes to fully assemble. It packs plenty of hardware options, making it compatible with just about any TV (within its weight, of course). The only downside to this product is that the instructions have not been updated. I hung two TVs today, a 42" Panasonic and a 50" Panasonic. The actual mount does not match the image shown. The picture shows holes in the top and bottom rows but there aren't any holes in the middle of the wall mount which isn't a big deal, it just means the wall mount has to be off center but that in itself causes a problem which I'll see below will describe. I have used this mount for a 55" Samsung and overall very good quality and Durability for a TV of this size. I had to get pretty good at figuring out how high to mount the TV to get it where I wanted it. I had 2 wall drawers to work with (power and HD cables) and couldn't fit them in the open spaces in the mount so I had to mount them either above or below those drawers (not the mount's fault but still some hassle ).
