When I first received it I was very happy with my purchase. It seemed to work great and the air flow to the baby. Unfortunately, it turned out to be poorly made and broke less than two months into use. The piece of plastic that attaches to the vent has broken off. I tried to glue it back but it didn't work. The part must be completely replaced in order to continue using the nozzle. Wouldn't buy again

This was difficult to install. You have to zip through the car air vent to attach the hose. This is MUCH harder than you think! It's impossible to get a joint that is tight and doesn't slip. Thus, the air is thrown out to the sides and does not flow through the pipe. The attached picture shows the best I could do after several attempts. My fingers hurt trying to unzip the zippers and put them back on!

I've been using it all summer to direct cool air from the front air conditioning vents to the rear of the car. If you have an older model car that doesn't have a separate air conditioning unit in the rear, this is a practical solution. I do not recommend pointing the hose directly at baby's face, I attached it to blow into my toddler's seat. I can understand why some might be disappointed with this item. If you don't seal the vent tightly, there will be a flow of air that you can barely feel. I didn't want to attach it to the vent as people complained about it pulling or breaking the vent so I just took some double sided velcro and attached it that way and covered all the holes with window sealing tape. I really love Noggle. My car is small but cools and heats the front well in front of the rear of the car. I have an old car without a rear deflector. "Noggle" supplies air from behind for child and dog. I would like to buy a longer one as it gets in the way on the passenger side of the front seat.
