Excellent Products & Outstanding Customer Service

The team at NSI is very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. They are always quick to respond and do what they say they will do. I have been able to work with them on several projects over the years and never had any issues. Their customer service is second to none - they truly care about their customers and want to provide the best solution possible. Consistently high quality service provided and excellent staff member assistance

I like that they are customer centric with an emphasis around process improvement projects in our organization - we have been able to implement these improvements through their support team! We also appreciate how flexible/adaptable some aspects can be within existing templates / layouts (especially when it comes time to upgrade or customize them). There is nothing specific right now about this software package which would make me hesitate at recommending using over another vendor's offering…

Great product - lots going on under hood

It's easy to use with great tool set that allows me to do many things in one dashboard! The staff is very helpful when I have questions/issues during implementation or after completion. There was not much room available due customization (we really needed more space). We used it mainly because we didn't want to pay soooo much per month, but their pricing structure made us reconsider our decision since they did an excellent job at implementing most functions out of box.
