I bought this bag because I have an OGIO Gambit for work and it's tough as nails with big heavy duty pockets and feels good to the touch on the back. I bought this for personal use and thought the build quality would be the same as the Gambit for the same price. It is not. I received an item that does not match the picture. Note that there is no bottom pocket, no inside pocket label and no phone pocket on the front left strap. I'm not sure if this is an updated version of the Bandit or if they sent me a fake OGIO Bandit. If you're looking for a backpack that will fit everything you need and more then I highly recommend this backpack. It's not too big or too bulky, but you'll be surprised at how much you can fit in without overwhelming it. To be honest, this backpack is similar to the Mary Poppins bags, especially for the price. I ordered this bag for a trip I took to San Juan recently. This is an amazing bag. The bag itself is very pretty and that's what caught my eye. There are so many pockets. I really liked the look of the backpack and it has a lot of pockets in the pockets for organization. The backpack had a lot of padding, which I think is good if you need to protect a lot of electronics when you travel, but I don't travel with electronics.
