Great for my twins!

Bought because I have 2 year old twins who are sorting out doors now. It works well and gives me the comfort of knowing they will try to sneak out of the house. Since I have 2 little ones I swear they take turns distracting me so the other one can try to break free. But not with that. I'll buy another one for the back door once I stop keeping the kitchen closed.

Almost useless as a doorbell for customers

There is a standard ding-dong doorbell, very bad dog barking and chicken noises. In addition, there are 53 songs from the midi files, which are ridiculously too long to be used as a client opening melody. I was probably hoping that at least 5-10 tones would be different calls, buzzing, ringing, ringing. No choice of 3 sounds lasting less than 20 seconds and 52 sounds lasting more than 20 seconds. You can't even use the beep the device emits while it's being programmed. What a waste!

Great for business.

I use it in the shop and it works great. We probably have a bell about 125 feet from the front door with no issues. Exactly what we need for our business to hear our customers. There's nothing quite like being surprised when a customer you've never heard of shows up for a wake-up call. Speaking of alarms, if you are installing one in an alarm shop make sure you install it far enough away from the alarm door contact or in the correct order to not set off a false alarm as the magnet that comes…

What a waste of time

What's the point of 50+ notification tones when they're all absolutely awful. Why would anyone play a random midi file of a song that's playing everywhere when the door is open? How about adding some regular sounds that don't last 45 minutes? Why not add a little ringing, or at least some options for it? I was very disappointed with this sensor as I thought it was one of the best based on the reviews. If you like very annoying noises, then this product is for you. If you're looking to preserve…

great customer service

I purchased this product in May 2019 for my office. Worked well for 9 months. Then he stopped working. I think the problem lies in the larger of the two parts - the one with the battery. After getting a new battery which I thought wasn't the problem and repairing and troubleshooting, I still can't get the device to work. This product claims to have an 18 month warranty but I have no instructions on how to get a replacement. or return the money through the "guarantee". UPDATE: Support contacted…

Works great but VERY FRAGILE

Refresh Alarm went wrong several times a day. Now unusable. Original review The thing is fragile! One tab broke only removing bracket to install. Tiny screws, cheap thin mounting plastic and clips. Any hit or touch of a bag, clothes, child or dog will break it. I've already detached both the main sensor and the magnet from the mount in less than a week. I had to make fastening straps to hold the thing in place. If you are installing this on a frame door this may not be a problem. But I don't…

Very good with a fairly important caveat (updated)

Update: After only 4 months of very infrequent use this beep stopped working. I replaced the battery just in case, but no, the bell no longer works. Very bad quality. This thing is extremely easy to set up, just plug and play. If you want to get creative you can adjust the volume and/or change the melody, but that's about it. foolproof. I have a receiver 60 feet from the door and it always alerted me when the door was open. But the main problem is the choice of sounds. It's meant to be a call…

Feeling of product quality with slight battery issues

I've had this call for 4 to 5 months now. It is used in take-away catering and does its job quite well. It's loud enough. Although I understand that for two reasons. 1. The remote sensor battery life is terrible. I assumed other reviewers were using this thing in an unusual way, but the same thing happened to me. I bought 5 batteries which should last a while. I've owned it for about 4.5 months at the time of writing this review and I'm on my third battery, which I recently replaced. Thus, when
