Worked perfectly for my needs

Low frequency (600Hz) blocking completely eliminated the clipping I had after replacing the 4 ohm speakers in my Jeep JL Wrangler. My 3.5" speakers still reproduce all the mids and highs, but there is no longer any low-end clipping.

  • Absolute Legend

Distortion Free Portable Audio Video

I used this product in an aftermarket two way door speaker fitted to my 2005 Cadillac Deville. I have a subwoofer and an amplifier in the trunk. I changed the Pioneer car radio. to an Android car stereo that does not have built-in LPF/HPF. So when I boosted the bass, the speakers sounded distorted, these bass blockers solved the problem.

  • Easy to Read Control Panel

Good quality, works great

Use these for my new 2.75" Kicker Dash speakers. I have a 10" subwoofer and four 6.5" subwoofers (which requires soldering). I believe it is 16 gauge and appears to be of very good quality The speakers sound great Blocks out frequencies that could damage them and allows me to crank the volume up lightly.

Protects my smaller speakers from exploding

I use two pairs of speakers on my vintage stereo. The problem was that when I needed lots of bass from my pair of Klipsch KG 4.2 speakers, my smaller 5-1/2" in-wall speakers couldn't handle the intensity of the bass fed to them. I added these bass blockers to my in wall speakers and now I have the bass I want and the ambience I want in a multi speaker setup.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Works very well Best for portable audio and video

I used them in my 2015 Toyota Tundra 1794 with Jbl Factory System. They worked well with the rear speakers but not at all with the front ones. The reason for this is that the speakers in the front door are subwoofers, only I found out, and they just turn them off with a little static crackle. However, this was not a problem for her. They work exactly as they should as long as the signal going to your speaker is full range.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Ideal for 3.5 speakers

I have these for 3.5 speakers in 14 RAM. I thought these were too high pass filters, but they are spot on. I also tried a set of 300Hz bass blockers and they still had too much bass. They are ideal for removing dirt between door speakers and dash speakers. Now the high frequencies sound much clearer and I can play my system louder! Definitely recommended for those with large dashboard speakers.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

You can block more than just bass!

They completely change the sound in my 2015 gmc Sierra. The factory GM Siriusxm sounds like complete garbage in trucks. These bass blockers eliminated the bass and changed the frequency so the factory Xm sounds like it should. I also upgraded all door speakers to Focal Audio. If you google Sirius and xm radio you will see that Xm is tuned to a lower frequency than Sirius. Yes, they merged the companies, but GM still uses XM tuners. Ford uses "Sirius" tuners, which sound very good out of the…
