I want to keep this phone. It has all the features I like and need. But there were 2 things that made me want to return it. 1. Does not keep time and affects voice message timestamps. 2. The sound in the phone is a bit muffled.

I've only had my phone for about 1.5 months. I like its use of conventional batteries. No need to search online for replacement batteries or throw away your phone because you can't replace it. It's very easy to block unwanted calls as soon as they arrive. I like this function very much.

This phone has so many great features, now I can press the (call barring) button and stop unwanted calls. The screen and numbers are large, light and easy to read. The sound quality is excellent and can be adjusted together with the speakerphone at the push of a button. This phone is being sold as refurbished but I have not noticed any marks or scratches and it is in perfect cosmetic condition and absolutely indistinguishable from a brand new phone. I highly recommend this phone.
