No light for Automotive use

This headlamp was a complete disappointment for me. According to my experience, it's not suitable for automotive purposes at all. The light is not strong enough to give a clear view of the engine parts and it doesn't last very long. Although the belt extension cable is a good idea, it's not worth it if the light isn't bright enough to use.The only pro is that IT`S easy to wear. The cons are numerous including the light being too weak and not suitable for automotive purposes..

Pros
  • Increased flexibility in headlamp use by extending the distance between the light and battery pack.
Cons
  • Requires an additional purchase and adds weight to the headlamp setup.

V-belts are well constructed

Sent from Backcountry, arrived early, well fitted, with good sized cord to keep power loss to a minimum. It's overpriced, like most Petzl products, but still good enough.

Pros
  • Testers give high marks for support and durability
Cons
  • The list will be long.
