works fine but changes stations when walking.

works well but when walking it changes stations very easily so I had to keep adjusting it until I told my husband about it and he solved the problem by using duct tape to tape him to it to prevent movement

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • Good but not great

Terrible radio! Don't waste your money

Terrible selectivity! Worse sensitivity! A very fuzzy, muffled sound that makes this radio almost impossible to hear. A good brand for its time, this product is complete rubbish. So many others are available for around the same price, don't be fooled by this terrible Revain offer!

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Some cons

Small radio with good sound for its size

Small radio with good sound for its size. It does not have the input port listed in the description. Adjustment can be a little tricky as the handle is smooth plastic with a slight indentation on the front. The red radio has silver frequency tuning digits that are difficult to read in low light. But I love this radio and for the price it couldn't get any better.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Overall OK but...

Surprising for the price, great welcome.

I bought a "sample" which is quite impressive for its size. Brings back memories of simpler days listening to the radio as a kid. I then bought 10 more of these little portable radios along with a bunch of AA batteries to give to the homeless in my area. I think they will be useful to people, especially in times of pandemic and social isolation. I wish I could afford to gift more.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

OK for money.

Actually, I didn't want anything expensive, just something to listen to while I was doing household chores. Sound quality isn't the best, but it's manageable, and you can always plug it into a nicer speaker or just put on your headphones if you really want to. The reception is good even though I live in the city. The buttons seem ok (a little worried about the tuner but we'll see), the overall build quality is ok but I don't expect it to withstand a drop or anything, but for $7 I won't complain

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Almost everything there

Great little radio with basic functions!

Radio matches description, belt clip kinda sucks but this is for an adult disabled child to replace their radio which was damaged and not working. It's perfect for her, a bracelet would be better for her but it will do the job. I put the batteries in and got music straight away, the antennas got a little thicker which is great as that's usually the end of their earlier radios. This is great because there are very few switches, just an off button, a dial to turn on stations, and a volume wheel…

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Doubtful

The Sylvania SRC100 is a very affordable portable radio that may catch your eye. A: It's black. It has a detachable belt clip. The quality of the headphone jack is good. FM reception was good. Analog volume control. yes it's a nice feature :) Features that could be added or improved: better tuning wheel, slightly better AM selectivity. Longer antenna. settings display. carrying strap. Overall, this is a budget radio that has a lot of competition. I would not recommend this radio to anyone…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very Expensive
