I bought this radio just to see if I would enjoy the "CB" hobby. I LOVE THIS HOBBY! Just this week, President McKinley received. I may just have to see what President Lincoln has to offer next.

Installed on my 2018 Renegade bus on a Freightliner Cascadia chassis. while it works fine. Lots of nice features. Originally owned two HR2510 Presidents that performed well. That was the reason to stick with the brand. Would buy again.

Came with internal speaker not working. If I have to change trucks, that becomes a big problem as some trucks don't have a built-in external speaker. Sounds like a manufacturing defect, not what I would ever expect from a President CB radio.

Great CB! After installation I turned on the power and spoke to people 4-5 miles away, I can hear them crystal clear and they said I'm leaving with a load and proud! The only thing I didn't like. You must hardwire the power cord. I replaced 2 Cobra 29 with 2 Andy

The sound quality of this CB is excellent - crystal clear! It's compact, so placement doesn't matter much. It has many built-in features that eliminate the need to purchase additional external equipment, including a built-in SWR meter. If you're sitting on the fence between this and that, don't take it! Highly recommended!
