Car paint protection

Bought this product as a temporary paintprotection for my car. The vinyl wrap came with kinks already in it. I had to cut a chunck of it off before I could even use the roll. It was fairly easy to install .it rolled on without effort and came loose when it needed to.however the kinks look bad. I'll end up replacing it with something else because it just wasn't the quality I wanted/needed.

Pros
  • I'm going to use it to wrap the chrome on my semi
Cons
  • Very cheap product. Will never buy it again.

had creases can't get out.

I was putting on Honda Trike to protect fender paint, I used about 10 inches of material, went on smooth. But the rest of the roll had creases all in it making it impossible to lay out smooth. The product I think is good quality, what I laid out looked perfect, but I could not get creases out, even used heat gun tried to press out. I believe the material was rolled up to tight and /or messed up in shipping. I won't buy another roll, I think this is on seller. Lets see what they do.

Pros
  • I put this over my workbench to protect the paint so far its holding up great I'm very happy with it !!
Cons
  • Garbage plastic that crinkles

Protects anything for my opinion

Protects anythingAppliance painting is just not what it used to be everything scratches so easily. I cut this to the size of the top of my clothes dryer and installed it very easily works well and my dryer won’t get scratched (perfect)

Pros
  • I put it on to protect my oversize load sign on the front of my truck working like it should
Cons
  • The vinyl itself was completely wrinkled on the backing. Made it very hard to cut correctly.

Bubbles everywhere: my feedback

Had high hopes for this product in protecting the tops of my new washer and dryer. I’ve used similar products in the past and had no problem installing and removing every last bubble. This stuff? No way are the bubbles ever coming out. I spent over an hour on one machine and it looks terrible. I believe the problem is that there is adhesive involved. How are the bubbles supposed to escape if it’s tacked down? Bummed that I spent the money and the time, but live and learn I guess.

Pros
  • very durable. if using on a lot of curved areas, may want to use a thinner product. easy to work with.
Cons
  • Impossible to install. The glue is not water soluble
