I bought this recorder for my mother who had a Bible tape and wanted to listen to it but found other devices very inconvenient for her. This can manage and use them very easily. She loves it and I love that I found it and was able to get her. She uses it every day, almost all day.

I use this tape recorder to record podcasts and webinars from the internet. Then I listen to the tapes on the same tape recorder while commuting to work. This tape recorder has enriched my life for several decades and has become an integral part of my education and education.

I bought this cassette player to record my own songs. The included microphone was smaller than expected and the cable was too short for my liking. The record buttons didn't work. generally long recording attempts were frustrated because the buttons were in the clamped position after use did not last long the sound was typical of old radio tape recorders about 3 stars there was no base my money was wasted on this purchase

I have been using this recorder for many years. It's easy to use. This saved me from an interview after other lines had let me down. My last one just died from freezing battery acid. I forgot to remove the batteries the last time I used it. I ordered this. Works fine for me as usual. This time I will remember to take out the batteries when not in use. I hope this series of recorders will last forever. I wouldn't want to live without it.

My old version of this audio cassette recorder has a meter but this new version does not. Other than that, it's a very handy little recorder/player (mono recording) that's worth getting while you can still get it. I had a similar Sony cassette recorder that worked from about 1972 to 2000 - if you take good care of it, it's an essential part of your recording arsenal (and for playing preloaded instructional and music cassettes).

This is my favorite recorder and its excellent quality. They don't make them anymore but rest assured that if I find another one for a good price I will buy 2 more. The only downside is that I used it so much that the buttons eventually broke (on the inside) and I couldn't use some of the functions. I think I'm being too strict on this, but still a great tape recorder to record everything. I highly recommend finding one with a microphone (as I did). It captures very well, so be careful what you
