This seems to be well made, but I have absolutely no clue how to use this. It comes in a plain black box and that's it. There's not one bit of information included in the box. It would've been nice to have directions, suggestions, basically anything that would've told me how to use the tool! I Googled how to use it and I don't know if I'm not doing something right, but this doesn't work at all.

Physical therapy suggested to get this it works so well I got three one for myself my son and my granddaughter Could cause pain in some areas.

It reaches places I can’t get to and it works really well just not happy with the fact that they sent me the wrong caller I wanted blue not purple

Love it. I have pain by my thumb muscle, and I could never find someone to massage my hand long enough to remove the ache and pain from over usage. I have been able to use it on my own without having to seek help. The tool is heavy, and I sometimes place it in the fridge to get it cold because it enhances the massage for my hand muscles. I even use it for my shoulders and leg muscles.Its the best thing ever. I also use it on my foot muscles when need be. Just buy it! Its worth it.

Brand new to acupressure/reflexology. Been having more aches and pains as of late so always on the lookout for natural alternative relief vs. taking pills. My brother has buddy that i tried out a few years ago and finally decided to order one. His was a single piece, this was a two piece that snaps together. Unfortunately it doesn’t snap together, like it should. I also like the original Buddy wasn’t made of medal unlike this one. I will be returning this item.

I suffer from chronic neck & shoulder pain. This product is very easy to use and allows me to get into those hard to reach areas under the shoulder blade without assistance. I'm able to get immediate relief from the sharp pain and burning muscles all by myself.

The massager is a monster, multi-use device is too big for this petite woman for external trigger points and too short to reach internal pelvic muscles.The material, however, is firm and sturdy structurally. I expect it would work well for a larger candidate.The return was quickly accepted and refunded so I could purchase a more appropriate therapeutic device.

Good heavy duty weight/quality. Effective and easy to hold while using. Comes in a nice little storage or gifting box. Has no instructions or guides with it so if not familiar with how to use you'll need to look those up.

Hold enough pressure to stop blood flow for the count of5. Remove and new blood rushes in removing toxins and delivers fresh oxygen to the area!

I was originally introduced to a theracane at physical therapy and wanted one so I bought this. It is ok, the amount of flex is frustrating. It will not allow you to apply the amount of force a theracane would.
